1. Purpose and Legal Nature
1.1. This document establishes the terms and conditions for the use of the platform (“Platform”), which consists exclusively of a farm simulation game, featuring virtual resources that may include graphical or digital representations of assets, items, and fictional currencies, with no legal value or official recognition.
1.2. The purchase of any product, feature, or benefit linked to the Platform constitutes the acquisition of digital content for recreational purposes only, with no delivery of physical goods or provision of financial services.
1.3. Due to the digital nature of the product and the immediate access to content upon payment confirmation, no refunds or returns will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to: withdrawal, change of mind, unmet expectations, technical incompatibility, or user inactivity.
2. User Declarations
By accepting this Usage Policy, the User declares and warrants that:
a) They are fully capable and solely responsible for their financial and contractual decisions;

3.2. The User acknowledges that all virtual elements of the Platform have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or converted into official currency, goods, or services outside the game environment.
3.3. The Platform Operator shall not be held liable for:
a) Financial, material, or immaterial losses resulting from the use or non-use of the Platform;
b) Financial decisions made by the User before, during, or after engaging with the game;
c) Dissatisfaction, addiction, frustration, or unmet expectations;
d) Technical incompatibility with the User’s devices, systems, or internet connection.
4. Irrevocability and Acceptance
4.1. By confirming the purchase and/or using the Platform, the User declares that they have read, understood, and fully accepted this Usage Policy, acknowledging the digital nature, the absence of guarantees, and the risks involved.
4.2. This acceptance is irrevocable and irreversible, and no form of cancellation or refund will be allowed after the digital content has been made available.
